Do the prices include tax?

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%, as required by the UK tax authorities. However different rules apply based on your country (see below).

  • Customers within the European Union:
    • UK VAT is included as part of the purchase, therefore you will not have to pay any local taxes in your country in order to receive the goods.
  • Customers outside the European Union (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia, etc.):
    • You do not have to pay UK VAT. However unfortunately it is not possible to charge without UK VAT at this time. Therefore, shortly after your purchase you will receive a refund of 20% for the VAT portion of your purchase. You may have to pay taxes locally based on your country either before or after receiving the goods.

What are the shipping costs?

A signature will be required for all deliveries, and shipping costs are based on your country:

UK £5.95. FREE delivery until 31st December 2011. See full details in our Terms & Conditions.

Europe from £9.95.

USA, Canada, Australia and India £14.95.

You can see the price specifically for your country when proceeding through the checkout screens.

If your country is not listed, let us know and we will investigate if we can begin shipping to your country.

By not having a store, we are able to run a low-cost business, and pass on those savings to our customers.
